Eligibility. Nominations. Elections and Removal of Officers:

SECTION 1.
A. Any member of this Society in good standing may hold elected office.
B. Nomination of Officers shall be by Nomination Committee consisting of four [4]members..Two appointed by the Board of Directors and two [2] elected by the General Membership at the regular October meeting. The Nomination Committee shall nominate one person for each office to be filled. Nominations will be announce at the regular November meeting at which time further nominations for each office may be made by members present. Any nominations from the floor must receive a second in order to appear on the Ballot. Elections shall be held at the regular December meeting. Officers shall assume their duties at the January meeting.
C. Vacancies occurring in any elected office. If the unexpired term exceeds six [6] months shall the vacancy shall be filled by special election called by the Board of Directors.
D. Any Officer may be removed from office if it is determined that after a report of the Grievance committee that continued membership of such officer would be detrimental to this Society. The report of the Grievance Committee shall be on the Calendar of this society for a period of thirty [30] days. Such member shall be removed by two-thirds majority vote of the members present at a regular assembled meeting.
The Show Committee shall consist of the Board of Directors of this Society and such other members as may be selected by a majority of the Board. This Committee shall be responsible for all matters pertaining to any Show held by this Society.
SECTION 2.
Committee on Membership:
The committe shall consist of the Secretary who shall issue Membership Cards and keep a current Master Membership Roster . Shall sign all Membership Cards.
Committee of Amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws:
This Committee shall consist of the Board of Directors of this Society. This Committee shall review all proposed amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws and report its findings to the membership at regular assembled meetings.

Grievance Committee:
The Grievance Committee Shall consist of the Vice President and four [4]other members appointed by the Board of Directors of this Society. This Committee shall review all grievances and/or recommendations submitted to it in writing by any member of this Society and report its findings for action to the membership at regular assembled meetings.
Program Committee:
The Program Committee shall consist of no less than three [3] members appointed by the President. This Committee shall make all arrangements for Programs at regular meetings.
