The President shall appoint a News Letter Editor. The Editor shall have the duties of publishing and mailing a monthly news letter.
Other Committees:
The President may from time to time appoint such other committees and assign functions thereto as he may determine necassary to further the purpose of this Society.
MEMBERSHIP
SECTION 1
SECTION I
Any individual interested in furthering the purpose of this Society. And a current member of the American Budgerigar Society is eligible for filling an application for membership.
SECTION 2
All members who joined between the period of July to December 2005 will referred to as a Charter Member of this Society.
SECTION 1
DUES
Dues will be payable annually on the June 1st of each year. Dues shall be set by the Membership on recommendation of the Board. If the delinquent dues are not paid within thirty [30] days after receipt of such notice. The member will be dropped from the roll of this Society.
ARTICLE VII
AMENDMENTS
This Constution and By-Laws may be amended after the proposed amendments have been on the calendar for a period of 30 days and by two-thirds majority of the vote cast by the members present at regular assembled meetings.
