Secretary Diane Stanton was very ill so the November meeting was handle through cyber space.
Nominations as follows:
Yvonne Weir nominated --Rick Stanton President.
Rick Stanton nominated --Bill Weir Vice President.
Yvonne Weir nominated --Diane Stanton Secretary.
Rick Stanton nominated --Yvonne Weir Treasurer.
Yvonne Weir nominated --John LaBorda. Board.
No further nomination were received via mail or otherwise.
Elections: Will be held December 3rd during the December Membership meeting and Christmas gathering.
Affiliation Due's.
The Stantons and Weirs will shall share equally the cost of 2006 ABS Affiliation.
SHOW:
The Show date has been moved from April 2007 to July 16th or 23rd 2007.
Reason:
Summer rates [Hotel/Hall/etc] are considerably less expensive mid summer. More time to secure members.
Yvonne Weir will contact John LaBorda regarding his kind offer to assist with funds and managing advertising with-in the Show Catalog and the Catalog.
Membership dues:
Recommendation: starting January 1st 2006. $15.00
for both single and family.
